  • Plus about £10 a year for your web address, paid to the company you buy it from. It's yours. Hosting is free.

  • Same £160 website as Option 1.
  • AI receptionist £35 a month. Setup is free with our website (£49 on its own).
  • Answers calls when you can't, takes the details and texts or emails them to you. A real person supervises.
  • 100 minutes a month (about 50 calls). Extra minutes 15p, capped at £10 a month, so never more than £45 a month.
  • Free trial on request.
Year one: about £580 (£160 + £35 × 12)
Then: about £430 a year (£10 web address + £420 receptionist)
Optional Care plan: Care £20 a month for 1 small website change a month (Care Plus £35 a month for up to 3), or pay £20 only when you need a change. Hosting included. No contract. Nothing is charged without your OK. No VAT is added to our prices.

Switching is easy

Five simple steps. We do the techy bits.

Nothing changes on your current address until you've seen and approved the new site.

    We build it, you approve it

    We finish the new site with your Markinch details and photos. You check it on your phone and ask for changes. Your address shows a WordPress.com error right now, so nothing is lost while we work.

  2. 2

    You keep your web address

    poisonhairandbeauty.co.uk stays yours. Its settings are managed on GoDaddy's servers (domaincontrol.com), so we'll confirm at Nominet (the .uk registry) who it's registered with. Then you give us access, or we talk you through one simple settings change.

  3. 3

    We switch it over

    Your address still points at WordPress.com, where the plan or domain connection appears to have lapsed. We point it at the new site instead, at a time that suits you. It's normally live within a few hours.

  4. 4

    Your email keeps working

    Your domain's email runs through Microsoft 365 (Outlook). We leave those email settings exactly as they are, so any salon mailbox keeps working.

  5. 5

    Cancel the old plan when you're happy

    The WordPress.com plan looks like it has already lapsed. If you're still being billed for it, cancel it once the new site is live. Keep renewing the domain itself, as it's yours.

Will I lose my Google reviews or ranking?

There's nothing showing on your address at the moment, so there's nothing to lose. A working site on the same address can only help.

Do I have to do anything technical?

No. We handle the build, the switch-over and the checks. At most you might log in to approve one domain setting, and we'll talk you through it.

Is there a contract?

No. The website is a one-off payment, and the care plan is month to month. Stop whenever you like.

What do you need from me?

A few photos if you'd like them used, the details marked in yellow on the concept, and a time that suits you for the switch.
