Prepared for Lundin Physio · Glenrothes

Your home page is about 14 MB.

lundinphysioglenrothes.com loads about 14 MB in 263 requests, mostly background videos, so it's slow on phones. The footer still says ©2020, there's no tap-to-call button, and the new address shows two different postcodes.

What it costs you vs now

Side by side, honestly.

What you pay now

from £108 a year

Your site is on a paid (Premium) Wix plan: it uses your own web address with no Wix adverts, which Wix's free plan doesn't allow. Wix's cheapest current UK Premium plan, Light, is £9 a month billed yearly (£108 a year), and Core is £16 and Business £25 a month. VAT may be added. Your exact plan isn't confirmed, so this is the lowest you're likely paying.

With Business Clarity

≈£210 year one

£200 3–5 page site, plus about £10 a year for your domain. Then about £10 a year, or £250 a year with the Care plan (£20 a month).

The new-site figures include about £10 a year for your domain. The Wix figure doesn't include your 123-Reg domain renewal, which you pay on top today. Year 1 for the new site = £200 build price + about £10 domain. Business Clarity prices have no VAT added. With the Care plan, the new site can cost more than the cheapest Wix plan over three years; without it, it costs much less. Source: Wix UK plan prices: Light £9, Core £16, Business £25 a month billed yearly (expertsure.com/uk Wix pricing guide, checked against Wix's UK pricing page July 2026). Wix's own plans page confirms a custom domain needs a Premium plan.

Switching is easy

Five simple steps. We do the techy bits.

Nothing changes on your current address until you've seen and approved the new site.

  1. 1

We build it, you approve it

We finish the new site with your details and photos. You check it on your phone and ask for any changes. Your current site carries on as normal meanwhile.

  2. 2

    You keep your web address

lundinphysioglenrothes.com stays yours. It's registered with 123-Reg and paid up to August 2028. Either you give us access, or we talk you through one simple settings change.

  3. 3

    We switch it over

Your site is on a paid Wix plan. We point your address at the new site at a time that suits you, usually out of hours. The old site stays up until the new one takes over, and your TM3 online booking carries on as it is.

  4. 4

    Your email keeps working

Your email runs on Google Workspace (Gmail for business). We leave those email settings exactly as they are, so info@lundinphysioglenrothes.com keeps working.

  5. 5

Cancel the old plan when you're happy

Once everything's working, cancel the Wix plan. Wix plans renew automatically, so check the renewal date first and cancel before it.

Checked from your domain’s public settings on 17 Oct 2026. We confirm every detail with you before changing anything.
Questions you might have

Straight answers.

Will I lose my Google reviews or ranking?

Your Google reviews won't be affected. They live on your Google Business Profile, not on your website. For search results, we keep your page addresses where we can and redirect old pages to the right new ones.

Do I have to do anything technical?

No. We handle the build, the switch-over and the checks. At most you might log in to approve one domain setting, and we'll talk you through it.

Is there a contract?

No. The website is a one-off payment, and the care plan is month to month. Stop whenever you like.

What do you need from me?

A few photos if you'd like them used, the details marked in yellow on the concept, and a time that suits you for the switch.

Before anything happens

We agree it all first.
